LifeShare provides the highest quality of support services for children and adolescents using innovative, person-centered approaches to guarantee individualized and holistic support.
We work closely with the youth and all team members to ensure that services are tailored to each young person’s unique needs. Our clinical team links the individual to the appropriate services available within the community while coordinating services in the least restrictive setting possible.
Home-Based Therapy Services
Home-based therapy services are available to provide therapeutic support to children and their families within the home, school, and community.
Our Master's Level and Licensed Clinicians are specifically trained to work with families to improve challenging dynamics with the youth, support him or her within the context of their home and community life, and prevent out-of-home placements. LifeShare’s certified Mandt® trainers are available to provide crisis management training to families on an as-needed basis.
Our independent living program is for youth ages 16-18 who are in need of intensive independent living training.
Our case managers assist the youth in finding an apartment in the community. They connect them with an independent living specialist who teaches them to perform activities of daily living such as paying rent and utilities, purchasing groceries, navigating transportation systems, budgeting, and building natural supports in the community.
Therapeutic Foster Care Services
Our therapeutic foster care services provide youth with a structured home setting and wraparound services including in-home family counseling, individualized therapy, case management, and independent living skill development.
Our foster providers receive extensive training in the areas of positive behavior support, crisis intervention through the Mandt® System, and behavior analysis certification. Our behavior support team provides on-going training, support, and oversight to all therapeutic foster homes.
