Community Services

For more than 20 years, LifeShare has removed barriers to independence by providing services in home and community settings. We serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, those with mental illness, and children in the child welfare system seeking a healthy environment to grow and learn.

Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services

Providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, traumatic brain injuries, and other neuropsychological diagnoses in the home and community-based settings enhances community integration and personal independence.

A case management plan is developed by the individual and personal LifeShare team to meet the person's specific goals.  We offer day support, Shared Living and residential support, and supported employment, as well as behavioral analyst services.

Behavioral Health Services and Children’s Services

Behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults, and children and families in the child welfare system are provided in the home and in community-based settings.

LifeShare's behavioral health services include behavior analyst support, individual and family therapy, therapeutic foster care, and case management to link individuals to the most appropriate community resources.

Our in-home and community-based approach enables more consistent, convenient, and efficient service delivery and coordination, providing better outcomes for individuals to realize their goals and potential.
