Our Quality Solutions team leads our commitment to data-driven quality outcomes and transparency in all of our practices.

This team monitors service delivery documentation and file requirements to ensure compliance, quality of services, and measurement of desired outcomes for every person we support. Results are measured by performance outcomes and satisfaction analysis.

Our quality initiative is structured around LifeShare's Performance & Quality Improvement Plan (PQI) that was developed as part of our accreditation process. The PQI is the core of the LifeShare. The plan is in place to ensure that the highest quality supports are provided to each individual and to promote excellence and continuous improvement.
