Vice President of Implementation
As the VP of Innovative Solutions, Anna works with the business development team at LifeShare. Anna joined LifeShare with nearly 30 years of IDD service delivery experience and knowledge of the disability movement.
Prior to joining the team, Anna was the National Director of Business Development for The
Rap Services, where she worked to advance the understanding of electronic health record technology to IDD providers across the country. Prior to her time with Therap, she was the President/CEO of New Beginnings Enterprises (a developmental disability organization), in Neodesha, Kansas for 12 years.
Anna served as the chairwoman of the Disability Rights Center of Kansas and also chaired the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board for six years, being appointed by Governor Bill Graves and Governor Kathleen Sebilius.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Friends University, in Wichita, Kansas and is a graduate of the National Leadership Institute on Developmental Disabilities, from the University of Delaware. Anna has extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of leadership development, person-centered supports, grassroots advocacy, grant writing, strategic planning, marketing, business plan writing, and micro-enterprise development.
Anna and her husband Nick, live in Dover, Florida. She is “mom” to four grown sons and two four-legged children – a Labrador and a Siberian Husky. In her free time, she enjoys entertaining family and friends, baking, writing her blog, kayaking, reading, swimming, making jewelry and cross-stitching.
